What is the procedure to marry a foreigner in India?
We both are Christian and my fiancé is from Romania. What will be the process and what document is required. ?

The marriage between you both can take place in India under Special Marriage Act 1954, which is for inter-nationality marriages. Under Section 4 of the Act, both the parties should be of sound mind, attain majority and should not be in prohibited degrees of relationship.
