Both the children have different mother name in their marksheet

My sister had died at the time of second delivery. Then my second sister was married to first sister's husband. My first sister had 2 kids . And now one of them has the name of the first wife on the child's marksheet and that of the second wife on the other . So can this cause any problem in the further studies of both those children or in any official work ...???
