Can a residential property be converted into commercial?
As we made a wedding palace in Chamba Himachal at residential area. Municipal committee has changed residential to commercial. For this they took 85000. Our neighbors are complaint to committee that it should not be passed as per law. He is don't want that our wedding palace to be open. But in chamba 14 marriage palace is opened in residential area. What should we do now. How can we start it?
