Can I file a case against company in consumer court against inappropriate services?

Before 15 days I gave my phone to display replacement, when i got my phone back, camera did not work. they said your camera is dead, after continuously complaining to the company for three days, the company care said that you will see the CCTV footage of regarding repairing your phone and will tell us. When I saw the CCTV footage & i Found that while repairing my phone, the CCTV footage was interrupted or edited for a long duration. i told this matter to the company. Now the company is saying that we will repair your camera but they did not give any answer why is CCTV video cut or edited, it is possible that they stole my personal data from phone during CCTV off or what was done to my phone during that time. Not any legal action being taken by the company against the service Centre. the service Centre also gave me the job sheet I'd/bill from another city name, and generate 2 job sheet no. same day with my name. I complained to the police but they also did not take any action.
