Can I file FIR against someone from whom I had borrowed money?
Dear Sir/Madam I would like to enquire that can I file a defamation suit against a person from whom I had borrowed some money and only some small amount is left to be repaid. But that person is defaming me in our society and telling the neighbors about the debt in a huge amount.
