Can I resign from my company without serving a notice period?
Sir I joined recently on Jan 19 but I resigned in Feb 6 due to work stress but company is forcing me to notice period hr is threatening us to servenotice otherwise she won't give proper exit

We would suggest you to serve the notice period to in order to get your relieving letter and full & final of due payment. However, an employee must finish the notice period in order to receive his full salary and the letter of release; an employer cannot make an employee do otherwise.
