Can I sell my house to a company or a corporate for residential purpose?

I'm owning a residential property in Ahmedabad. The property (house) is a part of the co-operative housing society. As per the resolution passed by the society, sale of the property is allowed only for residential purpose and not for commercial purpose. No commercial activities are allowed in the society. In view of this resolution, can I sell my house to a company or a corporate for residential purpose? Company can use this house as a residence for its officers or directors. Please advice.
