Can one's salary be deducted after serving notice for leave?
Can salary of a government teacher be directly deducted for the day in Maharashtra under discipline and appeal law even if the teacher had taken prior permission of 15 minutes late leave (medical reason) and the reason was mentioned in the attendance register too ?
