Can police harass unmarried couples?
Hello there, I wanted to know do Citizens have rights to hang out around city in late night. like i have been sitting in my car with my fiancé around 12 am beside a street. A policeman arrived there and asked us to leave. i told him we are going in while than he said he can charge under 109 section something on us for AWARAGIRDI in night, that was kind of rude. Is there anything we could say to him or were we supposed to leave the area ?
