How can I complain against my private hostel management for not providing food and accommodation on holidays?
My hostel doesn't provide meals and accommodation on college holidays during semesters even students pay full mess fees for a month. College holidays happen often, likely 12 to 13 days combined a month. And students are asked to leave on these days.

If you are not going out of the hostel during the holidays then the hostel which had taken the fees should provide you with the food and shelter during those days if they are denying then get a legal notice drafted against the person
