How can I deal in a situation when eCourts website is not working?
There is an ongoing case in one of the district courts of West Bengal. I was tracking the case with CNR number on the E-courts app/website (which is a government initiative). However recently when I tried to track the case status with the same CNR number, got a response 'this case doesn't exist'. Be informed, when I tried to track the case earlier this year i.e 2023 with the same CNR, case details were available.
There may be a technical issue with the E-courts system that is preventing the case information from being displayed correctly. You can Contact the court clerk of the district court where the case is being heard, For further enquiry Contact us on helpline number.
