How can I deal with non-sexual harassment by a coworker?
My sister work in a govt office .A male colleague is harassing her .She filed a complaint in that office to the head of the department but no positive response from the department head. Now that offender is threatened to file false SC St cases and other abusing related cases .

Ok.. You can take legal action against him under section 354A of IPC by lodging report in Police station. Issue a legal notice to all the superiors and also to police personal of your locality narrating the acts of harassment and threats of foisting cases. For further advice contact.
