How can I get my money back from a person?
I have given money to my ex of about 5 lakhs, and a gold chain , that time he said he will return it but now he is not responding. He is in Nabha, Punjab and I'm in Delhi. As a proof I only have a Instagram chat. I do not want my parents to know about it because they don't want me to do a case because of society thing. Please guide what best can happen in this situation.
