How can I transfer property of my deceased father to my mother's name?
Hi, We are staying in Jaipur, Rajasthan and want to get the property transferred of my deceased father to my mother's name. My father passed away in 2011 and since then property is not transferred yet. We are 3 siblings. Kindly let me know the process of it as my sister will be coming from her in laws place for this formality. as well as let me know the total price involved for this process.
