How can we rectify mistakes caused during marriage registration?
My husband is divorced and he has the divorce decree. Previously he got married in 2012. I am his second wife. Just because of my husband is divorce we became unable to manage my family. So currently with the help of mine friend we got registry married. But at the time of registration by mistake my friend enrolled my husband as a Unmarried in the portal. As I am a working woman I need to put my husband name as a nominee. Do I face any issue for nominee purpose? Kindly advice Sir
Ma’am, if you have submitted the decree of divorce at the time of marriage registration, it must be recorded by the marriage officer.
