How do I complain about distributor charging more than interest?

Hello What happened I am taking stock from one of my Distributor. But from dec 2022 I am unable to pay his dues. Now I am agree to pay him whole dues. But my distributor ask me to pay 24℅ Interest per month. But in his bills mention if I unable to pay the amt than I have to pay 22℅ per annum. Now I am agree to pay the same which is mention in bill. But distributor asking me to pay 24℅ per month interest. So what should I have to do
