How do I deal with harassment and false allegations by HR?

I have made complaint over email of HR manager for harassment for giving less payment compared to other worker despite having same position and same category and same agreement and also for threatening and forcing us to resign before this complaint company has already denied us entry to office since 1st Feb and stopped our biometric attendance also and also I kept some government official related to labour department in CC when I sent this email instead of resolving the issue they threatening me on email that all allegations are false and stop spreading those false allegations or will file case against you.
