How do I deal with someone who is harassing me?

She is constantly harassing me through texts and claiming she will file a case on the basis of the text slurs which was commented. Is there anyway i can make her stop doing this legaly because it is effecting my mental state alot. She is also not returning the money i spent on her during our time together even when i payed her money back. She is also asking for 10k rs for her phone which was stolen during our date. Pl advice
