How do persons with disabilities get a driving license in India?
I am physically challenged (symbachydactyly) I am interested in driving.I have decided to apply learner.In fact I can easily drive normal car without causing any danger to public.But RTO refused to grant learner for me for a normal car any way he gave permission for invalid carriage.but I can drive normal car where can I prove this and get a normal DL

The RTO has the specific law for the driving license and if disablity is severe then you cannot get the license to know more in detail please call on our helpline number
