How to ask for wrongly imposed charges by the society back?

I am a practicing dentist in a one room kitchen apartment in a ground floor. I have been practicing before the society was formed. After the cooperative housing society was formed they levied commercial charges on me, which I paid from December 92 till August 2002.They kept on progressively increasing the commercial charges and finally made it so exorbitant that I had stop paying them in Aug 2002. Now my queries 1) Can I ask for me commercial charges that I have paid from December 92 till August 2002 back. 2 ) If yes, at what rate of interest? Also will the interest be simple or compounded 3) Are there any judgments /citations / GR which say that wrongly imposed charges must be refunded and what is the procedure for the same ? 6) Can the society invoke the law of limitation to deny me the refund ? 7 ) Can I file mental harassment case against the society on this issue ?
