How to deal with a false FIR?
My husband passed away in 2019 due to brain hammorage, one person started approaching me that he gave money to my husband I started paying him first he said 160000 and in my husband diary it was written 160000but when I paid that he said 4 lac and when I said no he filed police case then I again started paying and when I paid 280000 he said after 4 I will have to pay 2 more and again filed case please helpin filing case against him

Before paying any amount ask for the proof of the money taken by the husband and if he denies to give the proof then you can lodge the complaint against that person for the offence of cheat and fraud.
