How to recover an amount from consultancy?
A consultant office in Delhi asked me to pay registration fees and assured that I'll be getting an admission letter from Germany in 3-4 working days but time passes and they kept me waiting for more than 2 months and then finally I asked to refund..to which they told they will do but again it's more than 3 months ..I haven't received my refund and they are not replying or receiving calls .
This purely sheer negligence and deficiency of service to a customer. Issue notice through advocate narrating the facts for day one of your approach till recent date. Then file a consumer forum case. You can claim back the registration fee amount, compensation for loss of time and mental agony due to deficency of Service. These you can do only if you have proof for your fee payment on your name like Reciept, bill, online payments screen shots etc.,

If that company has not provided you the service but has taken the registration amount and now he/she is refusing to pay you the amount then get the legal notice drafted and send it to the concerned comopany to repay the amount else you are going to take the legal action against the company,
