If a police officer threatens you to file a false case against you can a voice recording of the incident be used in court?
Two friends of mine were drinking at a public place when a police officer came took them to the nearest station . The police officer took their video and threatened them if they were ever caught again the video will be uploaded at Publuc platforms. My question is whether recording made by a police office in such cases are allowed and threatening to upload is legal. What steps can be taken ?

You cannot drink on the public place as drinking on the public place is offence try to avoid such act and if the police officer is threatning you then lodge a complaint against the police officer before the state police complaint authority.
