Is it mandatory to check RERA approval while buying a property?
I have looked at a project in Shahapur, Maharashtra and it has a gated development but is not having a MAHA-RERA No. and he has replied with the following words: "He said rera is not mandatory for one on one bungalow..bcoz here he is selling land first and den making a bungalow as per customer.."
