Is mutation necessary after registration?
Sir, I want to purchase land in dhanbad from Mr S Mishra, who purchase it from Ramesh Mahto in 2010, Mishra ji having all legal documents, also online registration on his name of this plot. Should I purchase this plot , is mutation in my name possible after registry of this plot.
