To withdraw your FIR, you can file an application before the magistrate's court where the FIR was lodged. In the application, you will need to state the reasons why you want to withdraw the FIR and provide any evidence to support your claims. If the magistrate is satisfied that there are good grounds to withdraw the FIR, he or she will order the police to quash the FIR. However, if the magistrate is not satisfied with your reasons, he or she may reject your application. Contact us for further enquiry.
