Regarding issuing of Transfer Certificate from school
If any student of class 5(five) do not get qualifying marks in their annual exam and hence he/she is promoted in higher class by the concerned Principal on the liberalised/sympathetic ground. 1) Can guardian apply/take Transfer certificate for enrol their ward to another/new school ? 2) Can school deny to issue the transfer certificate as principal showed sympathy/liberalisation ?

If the boy is leaving the school the school authority is bound to provide the docuuments and if the school denies to issue the document get a legal notice drafted against the person
