What are my rights regarding rehabilitation and returning home?

I am an 18-year-old male and a patient at Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre in Malad East. I've been dealing with OCD and gaming addiction since 2022 and was admitted to this rehab on March 2, 2024, for the third time, after my first admission in August 2023. I've been in the centre for seven months now, and while my OCD and addiction issues have significantly reduced, my parents are forcing me to attend school from the rehab. I am a student at VIBGYOR High, Malad West branch. The main reason for my admission was medication non-adherence, which has since been resolved. The primary issue now is that I feel I can manage well in society and at home, but my parents are preventing my return. I also believe some of my rights are being violated in this rehabilitation institution. I need legal advice regarding this matter.

Sir, if you believe that your continued stay in the rehab center is unjustified then you may consider a mediation session with the help of an expert lawyer who will assist you to file a petition in court for right to leave the rehabilitation center and return home.
