If your friend files a case against you for trading losses, you may face civil liability, as they could seek to recover the funds despite no formal agreement. You may incur legal fees if the case goes to court, regardless of the outcome. Additionally, being involved in a legal dispute can harm your personal and professional reputation.Consider negotiating a settlement to resolve the matter amicably and avoid costly legal proceedings. It is advisable to consult a lawyer to understand your rights and options in this situation effectively.

Sir, since there is no written agreement so it might be challenging for them to prove that you owe them money but it depends on the specific circumstances and any communications you had. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you with the best course of action. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
