What can I do if HR makes false accusations on me?
Hi, The company deployed me on a project but told me to charge on idle code. After that I removed from that project. Now, they sent a mail in the harshest tone possible stating that I haven't missing since that date and accused me of being unprofessional whereas I was in constant touch with them. The whole thing was set up to make sure I quit. Please advice as I am a student and have become victim of this malicious politics being carried out in me. What course of action is recommended as this is blatant misuse of power by HR and company?
