What can I do if legal notice not served due to incorrect address?
The person whom I am sending a legal notice is willingly not receiving it and postman also showing false entry i.e. address not found. Concerned person is not using WhatsApp where I can send it. However his son does use WhatsApp and lives with him. What should I do to get the notice served? Can this act of them be used against them?
