What can I do if my girlfriend threatens to kill herself if I breakup with her?

My Girlfriend is threatening me with suicide attempts, if I break up with her. She has been using abusive against me and my family. I am very worried she might do something serious which might harm her. Please kindly help me immediately, what do I have to do? I am a student studying in Lucknow. We have been in relationship a little over two months. The relationship was healthy but my girlfriend whenever she got angry would get very abusive. I tried to ignore her bad behavior and tried to help her correct it. But eventually she got into a fight with me couple of days back and has been abusing me. I said we cannot take this relationship forward but she has been threatening and abusing me. She even pretended to hurt herself yesterday and covered herself with blood, which got me really worried. She has been threatening me continuously what should I do? I want the issue to get resolved peacefully.
