What can I do if my landlord is not returning my security deposit?
I lived for one month in a room. After that I wanted to leave the room so i asked the security deposit from the owner but they don't want to give it back because I didn't remind them before one month. How should I get the money back also should I file FIR against them and am i in winning side if i file FIR?
