Hello sir,
First and foremost file for the anticipatory bail if the arrest is not made and if the arrest in made then file for the regular divorce
and if you have the proof that the complaint is fake then show the proof and get your FIR quashed before the High Court and if the Fir is quashed then you can file the case of defamation against him
