What can I do if someone is threatening me for money?
I had borrowed the money from my friend almost 80000, 6 months ago. But due to my financial issues I didn't pay him so I paid him last month 90000 but he is asking me to pay the penalty charges as well which he occurs on his credit card due to non-payment of his dues from which he gave the money to me and threating me to get police complaint filed on me if I don't pay that penalty charges as well. And all borrowed money is not documented or written anywhere but I paid the amount which I had taken so what should I do for this situation
