What can I do if someone made me guarantor without your permission?

He used my Aadhaar and voter id to take vehicle loan, he ask me he need my documents for shop purpose so i gave him because his shop license is in my name after 2 month I know i am a guarantor I didn't sign any paper work so can i fight TATA finance to change a guarantor and get out, it's a long story it's about 3 year past he is not my friend or relative he used to rent our house but when I know i am a guarantor I knock him out from my house and he told me even if he cannot pay TATA finance will seize his vehicle and nothing bad will happen to me so i forgive him but now for the first time in my life I try to take housing loan but because of him my cibil and crif score is low and my application is rejected so please give me advice can i fight TATA finance to release me and change guarantor in court please help
