What can I do when someone is threatening me to implicate me in a false court case?
Hello There, I am from Bhopal M P Actually in the locality I live here in bhopal my neighbour is very insolent has a habit of picking up the fight with everyone for no reason. As we all who live here are from general category and everyone knows if anybody says anything to him he will file a fake case under sc/St Act. Please suggest what should we do?
File a Written Complaint to Police by all the neighbors/residents of locality and also send it through the Register post. Before that gather some evidence like video recordings with voice while the said person is intimidating you all.
