An unmarried person died with bank balance of 18 lakh in is savings account, At the time of his death his 3 brothers and 2 sisters also died. His 2nd generation living successor are 3 nephew and 4 nice, out of of total 7, 1 each from brother 3 brothers and 1 from his sister. Rest 3 are from his one sister. Now how court order for his succession certificate may be issued?
