What is the procedure to cancel the marriage registration?
My marriage registered on 16/08/2023.I want to cancel marriage. Is it possible now? what will be my next step? what will be process of cancellation?

It is not possible to cancel a marriage registration in India. Once the marriage is registered, it is considered a valid marriage under the law. The only way to end a marriage is through divorce. Ater one year on marriage you can file divorce petition. For further enquiry contact us.
