What is the right to claim compensation for damages?

Sir Ji, I belong to HP and four lane has constructed adjoining my land. Due to cutting of four lane my own land out of NHAI R.O.W has sliding and some has come cracking. My land assessment damaged report has been prepared last year September 2022 by the Committee constitute under District Collector. But now last day again committee visit the spot and demarcation the land. which is not benefited to me as the land is joint land. Before this ( 2010) my brother has got compensation amount of damage as per his possession .
