What legal action I can take if dealer is not transferring vehicle ownership ?
Dear sir, I have purchased an old car from an authorized dealer on dated 6/10/23. But till now he is not transferring the car ownership. Whenever I am calling him he is saying that by this week he will do it. Sir I want to ask you that can I take any action against him?
