An Indian partnership firm has 3 partners from it 1 partner is 20% shareholder in LLC in Dubai.does it make both companies associate companies?

Sir, a person can be a shareholder in multiple companies which does not mean that those companies are associated with each other. Your partner can hold shares in LLC while he is in a partnership firm with you and your firm has no direct association with the LLC in Dubai.
