What will happen if I don't pay college fees?
Hello sir, I need your advice on something. I am a permanent citizen of Nepal and currently I am studying in 1st year in one of the university here in Chennai, India. the course is not up to my fitting so, I decided to drop out and return back to my country Nepal. I have already paid 6 months fee to the university but they are asking me to pay for the full year fee. so my question to you sir is what will happen if I didn't pay the full fee to the university and return back to Nepal? Can they press criminal charges on me? What can the university Do regarding this? What is the law here ? Please help me sir.
The university cannot press criminal charges on you for not paying the full fee. However, they may be able to take legal action against you to recover the unpaid fees.
