Who can participate in nomination for interim committee formation?
Hi, I need advice for the below query. If in Index-II having two owner 1st and 2nd name are husband and wife with equal rights (percentage not mentioned) in such cases who can participate in the nomination procedure during formation of the interim committee ahead of society formation? What housing society by-laws said?
