Who pays the pension in EPF?
Employer deducting EPF contribution from salery. Both contribution are deposited in Bank by Employer.As EPF case is legal pending since more than 15 years. I want to know who is responsible to pay pension after retirement as per EPF rules. Please sir advice us.
