Will academy liable for compensation in case child got injury while training by coach?
We run a football academy. One of the children training(Age 11) got hit by pass coming from a coach and got his hand broken and needed surgery. Now parents are claiming compensation and have threatened a legal notice. Wanted to understand if we have to fight the case and in case the court awards compensation to the parents and the academy does not have the finances to pay for it what happens?
