Hello maine aapke yaha court merriage ke liye apply kiya tha but maine aapke waha se merriage nhi ki thi or kisi karanvas mujhe Uttrakhand se krni padi but abhi Rajasthan me maine govt. schemes benefits ke liye apply kiya to wo bol rhe hai ki rajasthan ka merriage certificate banvana padega so aap bataye ki mujhe banana pdega ya nhi?
