Can I get married to my partner without parents' consent?

Me & my gf has more than 10 years of relationship but as we are from different religions we are not able to get married. We are planning to move out of the country very soon. Please advise what is possible way that we can get married as soon as possible without notifying our home places which is in manipur. Also we are scared to publish anything about due to current situation in india. Is there any ways your firm can help us.
