Can Indians marry from another country?

Hello sir/Ma'am, My name is Asim khan from India. Currently I am working in Kuwait, and there is no option to go to back in India for 1 year, my girlfriend and me decided to do court marriage because our family is against our marriage we both from same religion (Muslim) , so is there any law or act in our Indian rule, for court marriage the girl is available in India but the men is out of country for work. Any online system. Note - the girl is very scared she can not visit anywhere alone. Regarding paper , signature, I can send her by post, please advice me.
