Can wife file a case against bigamy?
N.N & R.B love married in court on July 2019 & can't perform marriage ceremony due to girl family members health issue. both family are agree .In between July 2019 to September 2022 no single argument or quarrel between N.N & R.B. in 11 November 2022 R.B Court marriage again with D.S without notice of his first husband at TALCHER, Anugul, Odisha. Now R.B can't be agree for mutual divorce with N.N and hi get try to destroy N.N life. The Lawyer of R.B told a 'girl have five time conduct court marriage without divorce the previous husbands'. If it's a HINDU law then which Section under it. N.N have proof of 2nd marriage regd. No and certificate. *Can N.N apply for bigamy against R.B in court ? *Bigamy law can applied only for male ?
